Pacific Golf Agency is a San Diego company formed to renovate and run public golf facilities. Owners Cam Stephens and Dave Waymire bring executive experience from the largest golf operators in the country, and the personal attention of a small, local company.

What we do
We take public golf facilities that need care and make them places golfers want to be.
Renovate
We plan and manage capital projects: hitting stalls, netting, lighting, short game areas, clubhouses and turf. We work hand in hand with city staff on capital plans.
Operate
We run the whole facility every day: staffing, the range, instruction, the pro shop, food and beverage, maintenance, budgets and reporting.
Grow
We bring more people to the game with memberships, junior programs, clinics, events and community partnerships.
Driving ranges are our specialty
Cam has run some of the busiest public ranges in California. When he took over a range, he added range memberships, range ball machines and clear standards that raised range revenue about 20 percent.

We are not an out of town management company. We live here, we play here, and we have spent our careers on San Diego's public golf courses.
Cam
Lives in the Poway / Rancho Bernardo area and has called San Diego home for 25 years. Worked with City courses including Mission Trails, Tecolote Canyon, Balboa Park and The Vineyard.
Dave
Grew up picking the range at Tecolote Canyon, where his father was the golf professional. Has worked at 23 San Diego area courses.
